Tap a task to start its timer. Tap a different task and the running timer closes and the new one opens in a single action. Export a PDF at the end of the pay period — ready to send to your billing provider.
CareTime EVV stays out of the way while you’re providing care: the active timer survives app kills, reboots, and midnight rollovers; sub-30-second mis-taps are discarded; and the running tile keeps its tint so the visual always matches the bucket the time is being logged in.
What’s it good for
- Paid family caregivers under Medicaid waivers (IHSS, CDPAP, Money Follows the Person, Section 1915(c), state-direct programs).
- Any billing provider. You set your provider name, submission contact (fax / email), and default service code in Settings; the PDF header is populated from those values.
- Households with one or two care recipients — Mom, Dad, Household. Activities are classified as personal (per-recipient) or household (one default attribution target).
How CareTime EVV treats your data
CareTime EVV is a strictly-local single-device app.
- No backend. No cloud sync. No accounts.
- No third-party SDKs (no analytics, no crash reporters, no ads, no trackers).
- Nothing leaves the device unless you tap Generate & Share on a PDF, in which case the Android share sheet decides where the file goes.
- Data-loss protection is delegated to Android Auto Backup — CareTime itself never uploads anything.
